Returns

Our return policy is simple and customer-friendly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@khollect.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we do not issue refunds for damages resulting from the incorrect use of an item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale or gift card items. Please get in touch with us at support@khollect.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Address
We do not offer refunds for items that are delivered to a wrong or incomplete address. For this reason, please ensure that your shipping and billing information are accurate when placing an order. However, if you believe your delivery address is incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at support@khollect.com. We will do everything we can to redirect your package to your updated address provided the item has not shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
